A consultation provides you an opportunity to create perfect health in an interpersonal setting with an Ayurveda professional. We will determine your “Prakriti” or true nature. This reveals what elements are most dominant and when you are in perfect health. Then we will access your “Vikriti” or current state. You will learn how to access nutrition through the lens of elements and qualities to restore balance. Spices, herbs and oils are extremely beneficial. You will gain an understanding on how, when and why to use them. We also utilize lifestyle, daily routines (Dinacharaya), seasonal routines (Ritucharaya) and stress management. You will receive personalized education and support for self-knowledge and self-healing. You can enhance your well being and acquire the natural tools to prevent and manage disease.
